We provide customer support from expert advice on material use and processing through to full supply chain management. The modules of our range can be selected individually and are exclusively oriented to the needs of customers.

• Consulting and training courses

We advise our customers on all areas of material selection and processing.
Where necessary our specialists in the Technical Sales department answer technical questions in cooperation with expert manufacturer partners. Within the framework of regular training courses, both our own employees and customers can learn about manufacturing processes, product advantages and processing options.
By providing computer programs for material selection as well as e.g. comparisons of standards, we create the prerequisites for qualified material selection and procurement.

• Integrated material supply

Today, material supply is more than simply storage and delivery. Tailored to individual customer needs, we also handle purchasing and procurement, warehousing, logistics and picking, cut-to-size services, further processing and if necessary also assembly. We take over "auxiliary processes" - either fully or in part - and carry out the work on customer premises on their machines or at our own facilities.

• Supply chain management

Supply chain management comprises the planning and management of material and information flows within and between plants along the entire production process. This includes e.g. cross-company pooling and management of material requirements. Through integrated planning and optimization of procurement, production and distribution processes between all involved, we achieve dramatic increases in efficiency and in so doing provide our customers with significant competitive advantages.
